Thank you for taking time to visit this page, to find out more about this beautiful event we have in store for you. As many of you know we love to share the woodland with you and collaborate with other talented souls.
Paula of Serenity Yoga will be offering her sound using drum, bowls and gong. All you have to do is rest back and bathe in the sound journey. Paula is amazingly gifted in yoga, sound, reiki and massage so theres no doubt you will feel nourished in good vibrations!
I (Emma) am lucky to live and work in this magical little place in the world, so I know how little you need to do to feel the energy of the land. So I be leading you into the woodland bathing, where you can simply sit amongst the trees, walk and still the mind.
